Welcome to the official Terms & Conditions of the HOMY Customer Club, operated by HOMY A.A.R. Real Estate Ltd. (hereinafter: the “Company”).
Membership in the Customer Club is subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Prior to joining, each member must read and confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
1. General
1.0 These Terms & Conditions define the rules governing the operation of the Company’s Customer Club.
1.1 Registration to the HOMY Loyalty Club applies to all properties within the HOMY Group – including serviced apartments in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, as well as the group’s boutique hotels (such as Allegro Hotel and Florentin House). It is clarified that signing up through any of the group’s websites constitutes enrollment in the HOMY-wide loyalty club, and includes receiving promotions and benefits related to all HOMY brands.
1.2 By joining the Customer Club, the customer accepts all of the provisions herein, including all benefits, limitations, and obligations, and agrees to act accordingly. Any person who joins the club is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
1.3 The Company reserves the right to modify, at its sole discretion and at any time, the membership structure, eligibility, benefits, and these Terms, without prior notice.
1.4 Section headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.
1.5 All references in the masculine gender apply equally to all genders.
2. Definitions
- The Company – HOMY A.A.R. Real Estate Ltd., Company No. 514249630
- The Brand – “HOMY”
- The Club / Customer Club – The official customer membership club of the Company
- Member / Club Member – Any individual who has joined the Customer Club and agreed to these Terms
3. Joining the Club
3.1 Any eligible individual may join the Club (subject to these Terms) via the Company’s website at https://homytlv.com or the booking engine:

3.2 Member information is maintained by the Company. See the privacy policies:
3.3 To qualify as a member, the individual must meet all the following:
- Be a private individual (not a business entity)
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Complete the membership application as outlined in 3.1
- Comply with all ongoing membership requirements under these Terms
3.4 Businesses, corporations, organizations, and other entities are not eligible.
3.5 Membership is valid for one calendar year from registration. Renewal is automatic and subject to the current Terms at the time of renewal. Benefits and conditions may change.
3.6 The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel any membership or renewal at its sole discretion and without justification, subject to applicable law.
3.7 The Company may introduce or change membership fees, renewal fees, or registration fees at any time without prior notice.
3.8 The Company may terminate the Club by notifying members in a reasonable manner. Upon termination, members may redeem accrued benefits, subject to expiration timelines.
3.9 If the Company ceases operations entirely, it will have no obligation to redeem any accrued benefits or entitlements.
3.10 Members may cancel their membership at any time by writing to:
members@homytlv.com. Cancellation takes effect within 14 business days. Unused benefits will be forfeited with no entitlement to compensation or refund.
4. Marketing Communications
4.1 Club updates, changes, or notices (including changes to terms or benefits) will be communicated at the Company’s sole discretion through chosen channels.
4.2 Upon joining, members must consent to receive promotional materials (hereinafter: “Marketing Messages”) from the Company in accordance with Israel’s Communications Law (Amendment No. 40), including exclusive offers via email or SMS.
4.3 Failure to opt in may prevent completion of membership registration. Members may unsubscribe at any time.
4.4 The Company is not obligated to send promotional messages, even to members who opted in, and is not liable for any member’s failure to receive such notices due to outdated or incorrect contact details.
4.5 Members who unsubscribe from promotional content will no longer receive updates on benefits and may miss offers without retroactive eligibility.
5. Personal Information and Usage
5.1 To join, members must provide:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Email address
- Consent or refusal to receive marketing content
Additional information may include address, phone number, or other details.
5.2 Members are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information. The Company is not liable for failure to deliver benefits or communications due to incorrect or incomplete data.
5.3 By joining, the member agrees to have their data stored in the Company’s database operated by Simple Booking QNT S.r.l., for management and communication purposes.
5.4 The Company may use the data to:
- Analyze customer behavior
- Send marketing content and promotions
- Manage the Club effectively
- Communicate via various channels (e.g., email, SMS, phone, mail)
5.5 The Company may share minimal identifying information with service providers handling direct communications, under applicable law.
5.6 By completing the registration form, the member consents to receive promotional content and waives any claim regarding such communications.
5.7 Members may contact the Company at members@homytlv.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data.
6. Benefits
6.1 Upon joining, members may receive benefits, including (subject to change):

Members receive 15% off reservations of up to 6 nights. The Company may alter this benefit at any time.
6.3 Additional/Variable Promotions:
Members may receive exclusive or limited-time offers as determined by the Company. These are not guaranteed and may vary.
6.4 Benefits are subject to availability and may not be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise. Benefits are personal, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged or redeemed via vouchers or third-party programs.
6.5 All benefits are subject to the Company’s discretion and published usage terms. Redemption is limited to available inventory. Most benefits are one-time-use unless stated otherwise.
7. General Terms of Use
7.1 Only one benefit may be redeemed per reservation.
7.2 Redemption is limited to the benefit’s valid period and active membership status.
7.3 Benefits are personal and non-transferable. They cannot be sold, assigned, pledged, exchanged, or substituted.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or shareholders shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense—including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages—related to Club participation, benefit usage, or reliance on these Terms.
By joining the Club, the member confirms acceptance of these Terms and waives any claims related to Club structure or benefits.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1 The Company may revoke benefits if a member breaches these Terms or is suspected of bad faith.
10.2 The Company may assign its rights regarding the Club to any third party.
10.3 The Company may offer additional or special benefits to certain members or non-members at its discretion.
10.4 A copy of these Terms is available upon request, free of charge.
10.5 The Company may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will apply from the moment of publication and will not retroactively affect accrued rights.
10.6 In case of any inconsistency between these Terms and other publications, the provisions of this document shall prevail.
10.7 These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Jurisdiction over any dispute shall reside solely with the competent courts in Tel Aviv.
